CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (Hybrid Working Opportunity)
Based at:
Head Office, MP House, 4A Meadowbank Way, Eastwood, Nottingham, NG16 3SB
Objective:
Reporting to the MP Skills Business Managers
Accountable to:
MP Skills Business Manager
Reporting to:
MP Skills Deputy Business Manager
Responsible for:
Liaising with and taking payment from customers, booking venues, managing trainers (internal and external).
Production of Skills Cards, uploading to the DVSA, maintaining the database, course bookings and printing of certificates, managing the office equipment, arranging facilities for the day.
Working relationships
Develop and maintain good working relationships with the following;
- Customers
- Trainers (internal and external)
- Internal MPQC Staff
- DVSA
- Member and client companies
Key result areas
- Accurate processing of skills cards
- Accurate processing of certificates
- Accurate processing of uploads
- Accurate record keeping
- Operation of an efficient booking service
- Attention to detail
- Achieving weekly sales targets
Key tasks
- Handling and directing incoming calls
- Booking of meeting bookings, organising refreshments, booking accommodation
- Meet and greet visitors to the offices
- Production of skills cards using bespoke system
- Despatching of skills cards
- Updating of database system
- Taking payments via card payment system
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitoring and maintaining stationery supplies
- Photocopying and collating
- Handling mailshots
- Scanning and filing
- General office tidiness
- Other duties as required
Core skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, exceptional listening skills, to understand exactly customers' requirements. Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations. Ability to work in a busy office.
Good level of English, and to be presentable. IT/office skills are essential and are prepared to work as part of a team. Reliable and flexible.
Package:
There are additional payments made for the Saturdays worked to support online training courses.

Workings hours
37.5hrs per week. Hybrid working with some office presence required. And a minimum of one Saturday per month.
Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour
