Livability Horizons is an adult service supporting young people aged 18-30 years old with learning, physical disabilities and complex health needs.

We are based in Poole at Victoria education centre and Horizons provide a 52 weeks service.


Our approach
We have an experienced and friendly staff team.

Our key worker system and person-centred support planning, involving your family and friends, means that you'll receive the right programme of support for your needs.

We want you to develop skills so you can be more independent - and to live a fulfilled life. Activities are organised on an individual basis. Our residents are supported to go to shops, social clubs, theatres, church, choir and pubs in town.


Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, we help people to get the most out of life and their local community.
