Description
This role supports the Accounts Payable and wider Finance Team. The Accounts Payable department at Kinly handles the Invoices received from Suppliers. Invoices are put against Purchase Orders, predominantly, and your role will be to match invoices against these.

Accuracy is critical, as is the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues through to fruition as part of the Accounts Payable Team.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Loading invoices across all Group Entities matching to Purchase Orders and Coding Directs to correct GL Codes.
  • Liaising with Purchasing and wider Business Teams for PO amendments or Approvals to enable invoices to be loaded.
  • Looking into complex queries seeing through to resolution
  • Reconciling statements, including taking ownership of Key Supplier Reconciliation and payments.
  • Build Payment Runs across all Group Entities and Currencies for invoices due.
  • Checking and posting batches created by others in the team;
  • Assist the Accounts Payable Team Leader in daytoday tasks and ad hoc items as and when required
