Our Norwich outskirts-based client is looking for a Sous Chef to support their continued local success and reputation for being one of the best restaurants in Norfolk.

You'll be working alongside a highly experienced team, bringing your unique perspective and flair for culinary excellence, you'll support the team become the best in their individual fields, giving you the flexibility of working on different stations.

You'll be working with a highly respected and accomplished Head Chef with Multiple Awards & Rosettes at the restaurant to their name.

You'll use your experience of similar quality kitchens to work collaboratively with the Head Chef to deliver a bespoke, fine dining, seasonal menu that has made our client so successful.

You'll be included in decisions around sourcing ingredients to ensure you deliver food you can be proud of.

You'll get to stay hands on, involving yourself with the bespoke dinner and lunch services with a an award winning Front of House team to support yourefforts in the kitchen too.

  • Up to £35,000p.a.
  • Up to £6000 in tips with a 4 day week.
