An amazing opportunity has become available at an independent Healthcare Communications agency in
London for a
Creative Director.
The company work on both traditional Advertising and the behavioural side of Med Ed.


You will be working on a diverse range of projects including pitches, in-house, creative strategy, campaigns, digital work and HCP projects.

You will be joining a

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the creative team by ensuring productivity, efficiency and sustainability
  • Lead and mentor the team to develop their future skills
  • Impress clients with innovative solutions to their problems
  • Lead multiple projects from start to completion
  • Forward planning and supervising all creative workflow
  • Develop and maintain the brand image of the company
  • Keep up to date with creative techniques, trends and innovations

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience working within a healthcare agency
  • Excellent managerial skills
  • Highly creative and imaginative
  • Ability to proactively build and maintain relationships across departments
  • Ability to deliver exceptional and wellcrafted ideas (art and copy)
  • Problem solving ability
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Organised and excellent attention to detail
