You have good transactional bookkeeping skills but are bored in your current role and want a new challenge. Let's face it. You wouldn't be reading this ad otherwise, would you? So, here it is - the new challenge you wanted.

This Virtual Bookkeeper role works for clients of this business, getting to know them and managing their financial records and transactions


In particular, you will:

  • Perform bookkeeping for your own very varied portfolio of clients, including reconciling bank and credit cards and processing financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up to date financial records for clients
  • Use accounting software to streamline bookkeeping tasks
And what kind of person is the business looking for? You need to have the following:

  • Proven experience of bookkeeping, preferably in an accountacy firm
  • Proven usage of accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks along with Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
