Wood Construction Tutor Currently working in partnership with a lovely setting which provides exceptional support for students aged years with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties who are excluded, or are at riskof exclusion from mainstream education. This ofsted rated 'Good' setting is looking for an employee who will support in making a long term positive impact to their setting.

The Students require someone who is patient, understanding and reassuringbut it is also important to build effective relationships for a fun and safe environemnt.


Start date:
ASAP Hours 8:30-16:00 Contract: Temp to perm Salary: TBC at interview stage For this role:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of construction (Wood work) or an experienced Design and technology teacher
  • Able to plan and prepare a variation of lessons both practical and theory
  • Valid QTS or experience of teaching apprentices
  • Available for interview
  • Hold or willing to purchase a DBS
  • Can provide references covering last 2 years of employment
