A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a successful leading provider of waste management and resource solutions covering the Birmingham area.


Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will engage with B2B customers selling the full portfolio by approaching potential customers and following up all active leads.


  • Previous sales experience, preferable in the waste or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective and positive relationships with customers and be able to gather key information.
  • Be able to work in a team.
  • Demonstrate a professional approach at all times.
  • Be able to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Deliver on targets.
  • Be computer literate.

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
