Join Euroapi as a Project Administrator in Maintenance at one of our six world class manufacturing sites in Haverhill. We are looking for someone to start by 15th June to provide administrative support to a systems implementation project.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

Provide technical, administrative and business support to the Maintenance Facilities function to install and commission the SAP Quality Module.
Lead on documentation updates to convert Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), Report Forms (RF), Training Documents (TRG) and other associated documents to enable use of new Quality Management System.
Work with the SAP team to help collate & present information for Daily / Weekly project governance meetings (information review, reporting and action tracking).
Complete departmental documentation in adherence with GMP procedures ensuring data is presentable for internal & external auditing & effectiveness reviews.

The EUROAPI Haverhill (UK) site has been established for forty years, located fifteen miles east of Cambridge and sixty miles north of London, within the golden triangle.

It employs over 250 people and has built a strong reputation in Flow Chemistry, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Spray Drying and as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO).

Haverhill is proud to house the world's largest, continuous production, pharmaceutical spray dryer and performs secondary packaging and release activities for oncology and rare disease medicines supporting global markets.

The site also offers a contract testing and release facility within its laboratories.

Our Requirements
Technical administration and project support experience.

Excellent systems knowledge - Microsoft 365 and any exposure to SAP or maintenance systems would be valuable.

Working in a regulated setting or GMP knowledge would be desirable.
