We have an exciting opportunity within the NHS Supply Chain for an
Employee Engagement Manager to join our team.

What does an Employee Engagement Manager do at NHS Supply Chain?

The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for understanding our colleagues perspective by staying connected with them, conducting our engagement survey and supporting the action planning process and keeping a check on the overall employee experience.

Therole will focus on all aspects of the employee life cycle.

As an Employee Engagement Manager, you will help to build strategies to improve the employee experience and work culture by taking on board the feedback received and working with other teams within the People and Engagement function to implement appropriatesolutions.

Hybrid working; a blend of home and office working 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home.
