Do you want to be part of helping to deliver excellent patient and customer care at University College Hospital London? If so, there are roles available in the Patient Booking Service based at Euston Road, London, NW1 2PG.


You will need to be able to communicate well, have a positive can-do attitude and put customer care at the centre of what you do.


The role of Patient Booking Assistant is key to ensuring our patients are supported and assisted from the first contact they have with UCLH, to ensure an overall positive patient experience.


The post holder is required to provide a responsive call handling service, process referrals and book appointments, and provide patients or visitors with any information they need regarding our services.
