To provide administrative support to a Public Sector organisation in Leeds, including tasks such as answering the phone, taking messages and booking meetings.

The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based Leeds.


Description

The administrator will have the responsibilities of:

  • answering the phone
- filing documents
- booking meetings
- inputting data onto the systems


Profile

The successful Administrator will have:
- confidence in using systems
- have experience in answering the phone
- be immediately available
- be able to work well in a team


Job Offer

The successful administrator will be offered:

  • immediate start date
- £10 an hour

  • 3 month contract with the potential to be extended longer
