Training Structure:


Our Management Trainee program provides a well-rounded learning experience to equip you with the knowledge and expertise to excel in sales management.

You'll engage in a blend of independent online training modules, designed to enhance your understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and leadership principles.

Additionally, you'll participate in immersive in-house training sessions, where you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales operations, such as prospecting, negotiations, and team management.

This holistic approach ensures that you develop a well-rounded skill set and the confidence to excel as a future sales leader.

Salary:
£25,185.97-£26,280.97 per year
