We are currently recruiting for a
Customer Service & Fulfilment Coordinator to support the online team.

As an essential part of the team, the primary duties will include customer service, inventory management and ensuring efficient order fulfilment.

You will support with overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day e-commerce fulfilment operation; processing orders, dealing with customer service, managing administrative tasks as well as working with our online platforms.


The role will be based from our Notting Hill office and the successful applicant will be working closely within a creatively driven, small knit team.

This is an excellent role for someone looking to establish themselves within the fashion/e-commerce landscape and training will be provided knowledge on industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer service & fulfilment

  • Support Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant in picking, processing and dispatching orders.
  • Working alongside the store to ensure stock levels and product availability are up to date.
  • Maintaining the company's website and checking for any errors
  • Process returns and updating inventory on stock systems

Stock & inventory management

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the stock rooms, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise stock rooms efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline business processes and improve overall supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised stock inventory/packing environment
  • Train and develop staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies
  • Prepare reports on order fulfilment performance and customer satisfaction, including profit loss analysis

Skills / Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service and inventory management, or a related field
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • IT literate with knowledge of office software (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail with flexible, dynamic attitude
