Are you a versatile individual with a knack for DIY, and property maintenance?

We are seeking a reliable
General Operative / Handyman to join our team at a company that collaborates with insurers to provide post-incident support to households across the UK.

Job Details:

Position: General Operative / Handyman
Shift: Day shift
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Role Responsibilities:

Heavy lifting tasks
DIY projects
Property cleaning
Assisting with small jobs around properties
Collaborating with the team leader on various projects
Overnight stay may be required

Desired Skills:

Basic experience/knowledge in joinery, plumbing, and/or electrical work would be advantageous
Physical fitness for heavy lifting
Proficient in DIY tasks
Strong cleaning skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team of two setting
Flexibility to work day shifts and long hours if necessary
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently if required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and effective task prioritisation

Benefits:

Comprehensive pay rate and extras: extra £25 per night if overnight stay required plus paid accommodation, company van provided
