We are looking for enthusiastic and fun instructors to work with our small classes of 6 children and private lessons on Fridays & Saturdays

The qualities that we are looking for in our instructors are:
*A huge smile on your face - this makes every child feel special and helps them feel at ease.

*The ability to enjoy yourself whilst working.

*A warm and friendly person who is able to give advice and smiles as and when required.

*Be able to simplify teaching practices into fun and games.

*The ability to be approachable by all your swimmers, parents, grandparents, God parents and anyone else that comes to lessons.

*And most importantly you should love swimming.

Finally, we must insist that you are prepared to feel special and important to many young children, their families and the company you are working for.

Responsibilities and Duties

If the role looks like one that you would like to make yours we would be looking for you to be good at organising yourself to ensure that children progress in a loving and caring environment.

Working through the STA international Learn to Swim Programme you would be assessing on a continual basis and awarding as and when you are happy to.

Classes will be kept at just 6 swimmers unless it is a private lesson.


Qualifications and Skills

• You will need to be ASA level 2 and above or STA Award and above qualified.
• Hold a teachers rescue award or NPLQ (we can train if required)
• Hold DBS of 2 years or less is desired (we can process this if required)
• Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults (we can train if required)

£18.00-£20.00 per hour
