A superb opportunity within a top 200 firm has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join the firms growing Commercial team.

Main requirements of role

  • Five to eight years PQE.
  • Strong track record of drafting and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial contracts.
  • Experience in handling fastpaced and highly demanding clients.
  • An appetite for business development.
  • Ability to work closely with the Partner in Charge of the team, handle both their own case load, and have exposure to Partner's transactions from time to time.
