Supply Teacher

Tradewind are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Supply Teacher to join our team.

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a range of different schools in Rotherham and make a real difference to the lives of pupils.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils of all abilities.
  • Plan and prepare lessons that meet the needs of individual pupils.
  • Work with class teachers to ensure a smooth transition for pupils.
  • Encourage pupils to participate and achieve to the best of their ability.
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable but not a necessity.
  • Experience of teaching in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • DBS on the update service or be willing to buy one.
  • Ability to adapt to different schools and teaching environments quickly.
