We are looking for someone who can help us in the improvement and coordination of our hiring process as we continue to grow and develop.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.

You will be enrolled on a recruitment Apprenticeship and you will also gain a huge amount of in-house training and development to build all your skills in Talent acquisition.

You'll learn the fundamentals of recruitment management, focus on collaboration across various roles, and manage a portfolio of openings to successfully hire top talent to Avnet.
