Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality professional.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Assist guests with their inquiries and provide information about the establishment's offerings
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Assist in setting up and breaking down catering events as needed
Provide bartending services, mixing and serving alcoholic beverages (if applicable)
Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly

Experience:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service principles
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

All positions at our establishment are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships.

Pay:
£6.70-£27.89 per hour
