At Nourish Care Systems we are currently recruiting for a Head of Implementation to work within our Revenue Team.

We are looking for an individual who can bring a wealth of experience in leading and collaborating Implementation and Project Management teams whilst supporting and acknowledging our company ethos of care better.


Main Responsibilities:


You will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating, owning, and maintaining the approach and controls to Project Management governance and delivery, including process, tools, methodologies, and systems.
  • Drive adherence to the Project Management governance, framework, and delivery methodology, ensuring consistency, optimisation and best practice are embedded in project processes
  • Leading and collaborating the Implementation and Project Management team
  • Successful delivery of key projects whilst ensuring they are kept to budget and time line
  • Achieving/exceeding KPIs including reducing time on the golive projects
  • Improving implementation quality
  • Owning any customer escalations
  • Lead the ownership of the customer journey from new contract signing to business as usual


Customer success is at the heart of everything we do, therefore youll also work alongside our sales leaders to develop the business, particularly positioning the ideology of our roll out and what makes us special.


You will own revenue forecasting and delivery for your team, and be responsible for the successful implementation of large, complex accounts.


As part of your responsibilities to ensure optimal execution and high customer satisfaction, you will employ a range of processes and tools to measure, monitor and improve team performance.


You will do this by:


  • Being a key contact for implementation projects for large, complex customers
  • Improving internal processes and systems for more efficient customer interactions.
  • Developing repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
  • Sharing product feedback internally to guide continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the companys internal knowledge base by sharing experiences
  • Own and monitor key KPIs, continually challenging how we make our performance better for our customers
  • Leading a high performing team
  • Coordinating project timelines, tasks, and development efforts across a number of internal teams to keep customers on plan and to schedule.

Key Skills:


  • At least 5 years experience in project implementation or customer onboarding leadership in SaaS
  • Exceptional communication skills, adapting your style to suit a range of audiences.
  • Comfortable taking on a direct and active role in leading and participating in the day to day running of a team.
  • A proven track record for implementing at pace and building out simple processes to increase time to value
  • A proven track record of achieving KPIs as both an individual and team leader
  • Ability to develop and manage cross functional processes and project timelines
  • Understanding of the implementation lifecycle and methodologies
  • Ideally experience working in the health and social care sector or knowledge in the sector through personal experience.
