Overview

Order processing of orders from Indirect Channel Partners (CCPS) in new SFDC fronted system

Liaise with Order Management dept to assist with any issues faced by CCPs

Ensure timely process of orders


Assist Cadence VAR Sales Admin team with all order processing by liaising with CCPs and Cadence Quote to Cash Team as required.

Skills required

Experienced in order processing

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Ability to interface with other departments

Experienced with databases/CRM systems - SFDC experience preferred

Experienced in Software Business preferred (but not essential)
