F/T Permanent Sales Administrator required for Moira.

Job Details:


In a busy sales environment where excellent customer service is essential my client are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive & organised Sales Administrator.

In this dynamic role you will build a comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales team and liaise directly with the factory team to exceed our customers expectations


Duties will include:


  • Answering calls and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Processing sales orders and quotations
  • Facilitating a strong after sales service to our varied customer base as well as upholding the credit control rules that are in place.
  • Communication with transport companies.
  • All associated administration

Essential Criteria:


  • Previous sales administration/customer service/credit control experience within a busy office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria:


  • Experience with SAP Business One
  • Ability to communicate in French

Full training will be provided.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 08:30 am - 5:00 pm
