This is an exciting new opportunity for a Property Valuation Co-Ordinator to join the Pre Market team in the Asset Management team.

Offering a great insight into property and sales environment liaising with both clients, vendors and Estate Agents.


Ideally you must have experience of a fast paced, high pressure working environment as you would be working to targets and various service level agreements.


This is a full time position
OTE up to £23,805 (£19,305 basic and £4500 commisson)


Working hours:

Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5pm / 9:00 - 5:30pm) Saturday 1 in 3 (10am - 4pm) Overtime of standard rate or Time off in Lieu - to be taken on a Wednesday or Thursday Sunday 1 in 3 (10am - 4pm) Overtime rate at £12 per hour


Remote working available after successful probation period _(equipment will be provided)_
3 days per week in the office (Tuesday is a must)

2 days working from home.


Duties wil include:


  • To evaluate online research alongside external information
  • To create marketing evaluation packs which will recommend an Established Valuation and suggested marketing price for properties in line with clients' requirements
  • To challenge information supplied by agents to substantiate valuations
  • To ensure effective communication between all internal and external clients
  • To provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure that business relationships are maintained and sustained to ensure business grows and develops in line with its financial forecast

Essential:


  • Property industry Knowledge and Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.


You will ideally have some experience and knowledge of the property/new build industry, however not essential as full training will be provided.
