Description

Thomson Motors Ltd. (London NW10) is an insurance approved garage dealing in body work and repairs. We are looking for workshop supervisor to join small friendly team.

You will be assisting with the day to day running of the workshop & office. You will be communicating with our suppliers and customers on a regular basis. You will be working across the business and develop good working relationships with the team.

You must be computer literate, Outlook and Office Professional knowledge is essential. Should be familiar with estimating systems

Within the role you will report to the MD.

Main responsibilities:

You will manage the office and workshop in day to day running. You will be supervising a small team of workshop workers and are expected to be hands on working alongside with the team.
You will be liaising with clients as well workshop staff
You will be responsible to give estimates of the repair works to be carried out
You will be responsible for the handling communication between Thomson Motors and its clients, contractors, suppliers, and employees.
You will also assist the MD with project management and correspondence.
You will organise deliveries and collections
