What you'll be doing:


  • You'll promote Scrum best practices, constantly inspect, and adapt with the teams to improve and drive Agile at scale
  • You'll make sure the team or teams are performing at their best to deliver, identifying issues and overcoming impediments
  • You'll work with stakeholders across the business to drive effective decisions and outcomes, to mitigate risks and provide transparent, accurate and timely updates
  • You'll be an advocate for the release of valuable working software early and often, helping to Create Memories for our customers and users across the business
