Head of Cash Forecasting - Large Medical Group - up to £120,000 plus bonus and benefits

Almost 100% remote (travel to Bristol once per month) Some travel required.

Our client is a Private Equity Backed Medical Group (T/O approx. £3.3 billion); they are hiring a Head of Cash Forecasting.

This is a new role to the business and will sit along side the FP&A team reporting into the Director of FP&A.

This will be a very high-profile role in the business and the successful individual will have exposure to all of the the senior leadership team.

You will have one direct report.

Primarily you will lead the groups overall cash management strategy and will lead meetings with all relevant heads focused on delivering cash generation actions across the group.

Specific responsibilities in brief:

Forecasting facilitate and lead a weekly cash flow forecast which will be used to assess 13 week cash flow requirement of the business.

Monitoring of actuals and variance analysis working closely with the banking and treasury teams to produce outputs for presentation to the executive team and the groups financial stakeholders.

Implementing a cash culture you will be required to embed a sustainable change in the way the group manages cash and liquidity, working closely with the operations, banking and treasury colleagues.
