If you have exceptional customer service skills and wish to join a caring, dynamic and committed team, this is a great opportunity to join the FluCamp team as a Patient & Volunteer Experience Co-ordinator.
The end goal of our clinical trials to potentially eradicate common illnesses like the common cold and flu completely - or at least make treatment of them as easy and effective as possible.
Our studies focus on testing new treatments on our amazing volunteers, in a safe, controlled, clinical environment.
Patient & Volunteer Experience Co-ordinators screen our volunteers on the phone and confirm their medical history to establish their eligibility for one of our trials.

We can currently offering fixed term contracts from hours accross Monday-Friday
New starters can expect a full training programme and ample oportunity for development and progression for our best performers.
Main Responsibilities:
- This is not a sales role, it's a customer (Volunteer) support role, all volunteers have registered with us independently.
- Undertaking telephone screening to confirm volunteer suitability for trial
- Booking initial screening appointments
- Complete appointment and registration follow up calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Enter the volunteer information onto the company database, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance with operations procedures and policy
- Providing appropriate information for volunteer visits including directions, compensation, clinical procedures and confirming what documents are required
- Request medical records from volunteer GP's
- Ensure up to date knowledge of study protocols and medical records
- Responsible for maintaining databases and volunteer records, ensuring volunteer confidentiality is maintained
- All employees are bound to comply with all company policies and standard operating procedures and are required to update themselves on a regular basis and attend all mandatory training
