We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual to join the Business Support Team within the Community Wellbeing Directorate in Hereford.


As a Business Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for service users, staff and members of the public.

The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative services to a number of teams within the Directorate, this may include, but not be limited to, Adult Social Care and Commissioning Services.

Services currently provided include recruitment, coordination and minuting of the various meetings that take place across the Directorate and providing a telephone answering service for the operational Social Work teams.

You will demonstrate effective communication and organisational skills, have a focus on excellent customer service and will be able to work collaboratively across a range of priorities.

Timescales are crucial within the service and therefore, the management of own workload is essential.
