Role Description
GovData are recruiting an expert level professional Zoho CRM Adminstrator to support our future growth.

There will be three CRM Administrators working as a global team, one based in each region (North America (Boston, USA), Europe (Warrington, UK) and APAC/MENA (UAE, Dubai)


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Zoho CRM environment
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Zoho data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Work with our Departmental Function management teams to establish, enhance and improve suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Zoho skillset across the organization
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Create added value and automated workflows, RPA and AI driven processes that remove mundane, repeatable and unnecessary manual tasks, operations, workflows, processes and actions.

Qualifications:


  • Technical Skills_
  • Zoho Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Zoho Desk and Zia and Deluge Developer certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Zoho best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment is a plus
  • Work style_

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose highlevel information into details, abstract up from lowlevel information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Professional experience and Education_
  • At least 12 years' experience in a customerfocused role
  • At least 3 years experience with Zoho CRM
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate program

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
