IT Support Engineer

Crawley

Hybrid working available (2 days on site, 3 from home)

Up to £35000
Do you have previous experience in an IT Support role?


Our well established, successful client based in the Manor Royal area of Crawley are looking for an
IT Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis, working alongside the IT Support Manager assisting with the day-to-day support tasks as well as getting involved with projects.

Main duties of this role will be.

  • Daytoday support for hardware and software
  • Maintenance tasks on laptop, desktops and servers
  • Testing and advising on new technology
  • Becoming involved in new and ongoing projects to improve and develop the company systems
  • Installation and setup of new hardware and software
  • Fault finding and record keeping
  • A willingness to work out of hours if and when required for new installations or projects
  • Creating documentation and user instructions.
  • Undertaking any other general IT Support issues as and when required
  • Carrying out daily backup checks along with health checks.
You will also have good PC troubleshooting and technical skills including some knowledge of the following:

  • Windows 7 & 10


  • Office 201

  • Windows Server 2008r2,2012r2,201
  • Active Directory


  • Exchange 36

  • Basic Network infrastructure with exposure to Cisco o VOIP Technology
