We are recruiting a new team in Handsworth Birmingham and are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Nursery Nurses to deliver care for our young service user with his complex healthcare needs.

If you are an experienced Care Assistant, Support Worker or Nursery Nurse who have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, enjoy delivering one to one care, this could be the perfect job role for you


Our service user is a baby boy who requires constant care 24 hours a day, we need to recruit a care team to support with all his care needs throughout the night.

This will give his mom and dad respite and support so they can fulfil his needs throughout the day.


Throughout the night you will be expected to meet all this care needs and provide the love and attention a baby requires such as storytelling, singing, cuddles and comfort.


As his care needs can at times be intense we are looking for someone who can act fast, think on their feet and be able to work in a pressurised environment on their own, as this will be a 1:1 position.


Working with a regular service user you will develop great relationships and find this a personally rewarding care role where you can make a real difference, building on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support.

We offer comprehensive training allowing you to enhance your experience of working in care and / or with children by working in a more clinical role.


Training can include but is not limited to;

  • Oxygen Administration
  • Suctioning
  • Seizure Management
  • Moving & Handling
  • Gastrostomy Care (PEG feed)

We're looking for care assistants, support workers and nursery nurses who have
- at least 3 months care work experience
- experience caring for children
- the time to commit to a minimum of two 12hour shifts per week
- a driving a licence (desirable)
- a passion to make a difference
- a desire to progress your complex care career


We have the following shifts available;

  • Full Time & Part Time opportunities


  • Waking Nights Monday

  • Sunday 10hour shifts

Take a look at our payrates

  • Weeknights £13.00 per hour (£130 approx per shift)
  • Weekends £13.00 per hour (£130 approx per shift)
  • Bank Holiday £14.00 per hour (£140 approx per shift)
