Day Security Officer position at Rendall & Rittner (Fitzrovia, W1)

Working Hours - Monday-Friday,

Salary - £24,500-£25,000 per annum

Contract - Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a residential development located in Fitzrovia. Consisting of 289 residential units. The development circles a stunning landscaped courtyard and includes commercial office units and a restored Grade II Chapel. The development is located a short distance away from Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations.

- you'll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests and your team
- you'll be a true expert in security and customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others
- you'll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts
- your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
- you'll already have some brilliant experience behind you reporting any concerns to management, as well as investigating any areas of concern raised by the team.

You have experience managing unauthorised access, theft and vandalism issues, liaising with internal and external sources and keeping up to date logs of all your activity.
Be happy to participate in cross training initiatives with the aim of further developing skills and experience.
Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to read body language and manage challenging situations.
Hold an SIA license (essential)
