Job title; Senior Residential Support Worker
Permanent fulltime opportunity (40 hours weekly)

Salary; up to £50,000 + perks + bonuses:

Monday
Friday 9am
5pm

Key responsibilities

Leading a team of staff members in providing exemplary care to the young people within the home
Use the home as a model to support and develop the social skills of young people
Hold the OFSTED registration to ensure the home is fully compliant
Ensure the staff and young people are supported at all times within the home
Ensure the home has a safe and supportive environment
Organise and supervise recreational and leisure activities both in and out of the home to provide the children with an exciting and stimulating life
