Job Type:
Permanent / Full Time

The Multi-Skilled Operative will:

Carry out planned and reactive works within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
Be responsible for the inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately
Work either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervision
Be able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and civil repairs and items
Manage & replenish local site stock
Be responsible for deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
Site Waste Management
Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.
Assist with patching & painting
Be responsible for overall site welfare duties
Be comfortable working at height
Attend out of hour call outs
Complete additional jobs such as:
Typical jobs in addition to general fabric items:
Plastering and tiling
Small roof patches
Cleaning gutters and general roof cleaning
Small civil works such as rebedding slabs or manholes
Small amounts of general painting
General brickwork repairs

About You:

Essential

Demonstrate relevant experience preferably within the maintenance or construction industry
Current Full UK Drivers Licence

Desirable Criteria

Trade Qualification
Experience carrying out Planned Maintenance Tasks
IOSH/CSCS
PASMA
IPAF
