TEACHING ASSISTANT - LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant for a lovely pre-prep independent in the London Borough of Camden. Starting as soon as possible to support children to achieve their best across the curriculum.

You must be enthusiastic, caring and be a good team player.

Applicants will need to use their initiative and adapt quickly to the needs of the child as well as a having a willingness to learn and receive direction from others.

Applications are also welcomed from experienced teaching assistants interested in training to become a teacher.

The successful applicant must have the following:

  • Interest and enthusiasm for working with children and supporting learning
  • Experience of working with primary aged children with a range of additional needs
  • Must have NVQ Level 3 Childcare or equivalent
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills: English & Math's GCSE, C or above
  • A flexible and creative approach
  • Are flexible and reliable and able to use their initiative
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Being part of a successful and caring primary school community
