Description

Southcroft Lodge provides hotel-style accommodation for patients discharged from hospital, support for those in Crisis in the Community, long-term supported-living community placements and B&B step-down from the hospital.


We are an expanding not-for-profit Social Care organization that provides high-quality accommodation and support for Service Users who experience Serious Mental Illnesses.

Our aim is to provide a therapeutic, structured environment for Clients to continue their recovery in the community. We empower the individuals we work with to realise their potential.


Position:


Human Resources Advisor

Salary:
£26,000 to £30,000

This is an exciting time in Southcroft Healthcare Lodge's organisational history.

We are constantly expanding and now looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join our team, providing high quality professional advice and support to managers and staff for all HR related matters as well as undertaking specialist and general HR tasks as required and appropriate to the role.


Requirements:


  • Have CIPD Level 3 minimum qualification
  • Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Be computer literate
  • Have strong organisation / time management skills
  • Be enthusiastic and a Team Player
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to work with the minimum of supervision
  • Be able to organise daily workload autonomously to reach deadlines and timeframes
  • Be customer / client focused
  • Have evidence of a commitment to CPD

Skills and Experience required for the role include:

  • Strong Generalist HR experience and be confident partnering with internal stakeholders
  • Experience and confidence in communicating effectively at all levels and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Commercial acumen and the understanding of how your role in HR impacts the wider organisation
  • Demonstrable track record in ER case management including escalated cases
  • Good knowledge of Excel with experience of data & analytics
