The Client Services Executive is accountable for the effective day to day running of the Client Services Department, managing and developing key client relationships, generating new business, and for ensuring that the highest levels of Service is delivered to our clients and to all Flightworx Teams.
Working collaboratively with other members of the Flightworx Team, and autonomously where required, the role is to ensure that all internal and external service activity is delivered promptly, accurately and to the highest standards in compliance with our quality and safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Service delivery overall accountability for the efficient and timely delivery of the daily Client Services schedule of work; ensuring that you have all client requests and planning activity effectively prioritised and delivered through the team to the highest standards.
- Local Procedures/Compliance ensuring the effective delivery and compliance of all internal Client Services procedures and processes. Accountability for all Client Services Outlook inboxes and phone lines and for ensuring that all Client Services bookings, reservations, quoting, pricing and proposal requests and billing activity, as well as communication with clients, are delivered promptly and accurately and conform with Client Services procedures. Periodically checking these outputs for compliance.
- Local Procedures/Onboarding supporting the business to ensure that the Company provides a smooth and effective onboarding process to new clients and delivers a positive early experience of our service provision. Support the business with periodic assessments of our onboarding procedures implementing any improvements where necessary.
- Local Procedures/Billing working closely with Flightworx Accounts to ensure a smooth and accurate billing process for our clients.
- Sales/New Business contributing to the generation of new business leads and opportunities through the acquisition of new client contacts. Identify upselling opportunities; managing these leads and opportunities effectively.
- Sales/Compliance/Safety promoting compliance and safety best practice against applicable local standards. Ensuring that any safety issues are raised promptly through the company SMS.
- Third Party Relationships to maintain a close working relationship with our supplier chains to ensure we are getting the best rates and value for money for Flightworx and our clients.
- Marketing working to ensure the delivery of effective marketing campaigns to promote existing and new services and ahead of key industry events. Accountability for quality controlling, changing and improving Flightworx web content relating to services and sales activity, consulting colleagues for guidance where necessary
- Industry Events/Market Research
- Where necessary, representing the company at key industry events (EBACE, NBAA etc). Keeping up to date with developments in the market and across the industry. Maintaining a good awareness of competitor strengths, weaknesses, service provision and innovations and identifying any direct threat to Flightworx.

Job Types:

Salary:
£27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
