Role Purpose:


The Group Brand & Media team's remit covers brand strategy, creative, media, identity and orchestration across all Vodafone global markets.

For context, Vodafone is one of the largest advertisers in the world with a budget of €750m.


We're looking for a visionary Senior Conceptual Creative with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of how to captivate and inspire through powerful presentations.

As a key leader in our creative team, you'll drive the conceptual development of our campaigns and projects, ensuring they resonate with our audience and elevate our brand.


With your extensive experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, in-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, and excitement for emerging technologies, including AI, you'll help us push the boundaries of what's possible in creative communication.


You'll be able to adapt to different stakeholders, build relationships in a fast-paced environment and ensure the Vodafone brand is implemented and understood across all creative output.


You'll be working closely with the Creative Director and Art Director (Copy) and sit in a team of Copy Writers, Designers, Video Editors and a Project Manager to help bring the new Vodafone creative vision to life.


What you'll do:


  • Lead the development of innovative concepts for creative campaigns and projects, ensuring they are compelling, onbrand, and effectively communicate our message
  • Craft and deliver pitch and stakeholder presentations, understanding the importance of beautifully crafted and impactful visuals to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Stay excited and informed about new technologies, particularly AI, and how they can elevate our creative processes and outputs
  • Inspire a team of creatives, fostering an environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning
  • Act as the guardian of our brand, ensuring that all creative outputs are onbrand and consistently showcase our identity in the best possible light
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to strategy and execution
  • Provide guidance and feedback throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality and impact.
  • Oversee and contribute to the design work, ensuring excellent typographical skills and a strong aesthetic judgment are applied
  • Share insights and learnings with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Efficiently work in Adobe Workfront and manage multiple projects, ensuring that all content is delivered on brief, on time and to the highest standard

Who you are:


  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a creative role agency or clientside,
  • Extensive experience across the entire Adobe Creative Suite and indepth knowledge of PowerPoint
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, campaign work and impactful presentation design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively and engage stakeholders
  • A keen understanding of current trends in AI technologies and how they can be applied in a creative context
  • Exceptional typographical and design skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Strong problemsolving abilities, strategic thinking, and an innovative approach to creative work.
