Purpose


As a subsidiary of the American company my impressive Client relies on their innovative products and the competence of their employees in their niche market.

We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative to Collaborate in the field of Life Science.

Thisrole will support the outside Account Manager team to ensure growth through the achievement of sales targets and objectives they will acquire and maintain a high proficiency in understanding and relaying My Clients product and service portfolio.

English andGerman speaking is a must have.


Essential Duties

  • Support the outside Account Manager team to ensure growth through the achievement of sales targets and objectives
  • Qualify incoming sales leads and refer to corresponding outside Account Manager
  • Maintain market and competitor awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective contact with the potential and existing customer base through campaign marketing and cold calling
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members of the sales team.

Essential Skills/Experience:


  • Good telephone etiquette and handling of customer requests
  • Excellent organisational skills such as time management and prioritisation
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, social media, web search)
  • Must be English and German speaking
  • Laboratory research or familiarity with electronics and scientific/biomedical laboratory equipment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good knowledge of chromatography
  • Proven problemsolving ability, able to rationally determine the best course of action working independently and making proactive decisions when necessary
