**KITCHEN ASSISTANT

EXETER

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

HOURS TO BE ARRANGED
PERMANENT - PART-TIME(25 HOURS) TERM TIME
£9.50 PER HOUR**
Are you able to support a food and beverage team by using your own initiative by ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and tidy? All crockery and cutlery to be kept clean and tidy to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Your responsibilities would be to prepare all types of food to a high standard.
To liaise with the chefs.
Be thorough with all aspects of cleaning.
Take receipt, handling, storage, stock rotation, decanting and counting of all deliveries.
Removal of waste.
Compliance with all areas of Health and Safety.

REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen health and safety
Good Organizational skills
The ability to work unsupervised when busy
Ability to follow strict instructions in a consistent manner
Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of all students.

A good use of the English language.
