Description
We are recruiting for a Head of Marketing & Communications to join our team on a permanent basis.We are looking for an individual who can build on our marketing and communications approach, developing a strategy that enhances our brand reputation, builds strong relationships with stakeholders, and supports the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic communications plan that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
- Support KFM senior leadership to define our service offering and associated messaging, and to ensure all internal and external messaging is consistent with this.
- Lead the marketing and communications team in creating compelling content for internal and external communications channels, including press releases, website copy, newsletters, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and media to generate positive PR and maximise brand exposure.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, human resources, and legal, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communications efforts.
- Manage the communications budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve communication objectives.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in communications.
- Develop and manage crisis communication plans to mitigate reputational risks and ensure effective response in the event of a crisis.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative communication strategies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
