Holt Executive are supporting a leader in the global aerospace industry. Our client provides MRO services and is the principal aircraft repair and overhaul service in Europe.

They are currently recruiting for multiple experienced
Aircraft Base Maintenance Mechanics who will play a key role at their hangar located in the Midlands.

The hours for this opportunity are 07:00 to 19:00 on a 5,5,4 shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities for the
Aircraft Base Maintenance Mechanics:

Undertake maintenance and aircraft preparation of customer aircraft to the highest standard.
Undertake routine maintenance checks and modifications as directed.
Work with Certifying Engineers to identify problems and generate solutions to ensure the aircraft maintenance is performed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Provide updates to supervisors on any issues impacting the work plan.

Knowledge and Skills required for the successful
Aircraft Base Maintenance Mechanics:

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a mechanic working on live aircraft.
Indentured apprenticeship or equivalent in an aviation engineering or similar mechanical engineering field
Part 66 A Licence is preferred but not essential as training and development will be given to those with aspirations to grow their careers
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and be flexible to meet changing working requirements
Must have eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Full UK Driving licence is essential.
