Description
Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst ?

Do you experience of working on system implementation projects ?

Have you worked in an Agile environment ?

Would you like to work for a global company that is celebrating its bicentenary this year ?

You will be based from their office in Glasgow city centre however they provide hybrid working.

You will be joining their high-performing Service Improvement team which sits within their shared services function.

The function has team members across Glasgow and Brisbane, Australia, providing essential client and employee lifecycle services acrosstheir 30 offices globally.

They have recently implemented a new IT Service Management solution and you will become the product specialist for this.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Act as a product expert and be the link between business users and the development team
  • Day to day management of product issues
  • Scope BAU change and improvement activities

Skills needed:

  • Business Analysis
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
  • System implementation experience
Any experience of working with IT Service Management tools would be highly advantageous but not essential.
