Job Description:


I am seeking a dedicated and efficient Admin/ Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support assisting across a wide variety of businesses.

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily administrative and organisational tasks, through a variety of businesses I run.

You will be responsible for maintaining schedules, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. Additionally, you will be tasked with liaising with financial advisors, accountants, solicitors, and bank managers on my behalf. You need to be a team player, warm, friendly, approachable and willing to learn.


The role is remote but has career prospects that may require office attendance on times or face to face meetings.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research and gather information for projects and meetings, providing summaries.
  • Act as a liaison between myself and financial advisors, accountants, solicitors, and bank managers.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in organising meetings, conference calls, coordinating logistics and managing necessary arrangements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a pan Admin/ Personal Assistant or in a similar role, providing highlevel administrative support.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
Hours 9am to 12.45pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
