We are recruiting for an excellent new Level 2 Hairdressing Apprentice.


The Level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship with Reflections Training Academy is an 18-21 month course with the opportunity to progress to a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship and permanent employment.

Your duties will include but not limited to

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Shampooing + Conditioning hair
  • Making tea's and coffees
  • Keeping the salon clean and tidy
  • Assisting stylists throughout the day.
You will be working full-time with a day off in the week and on the weekend.


Your training will be once a fortnight at Reflections Training Academy for the delivery of your apprenticeship standard Level 2 and Functional skills.

This will be in a combination of theory and practical sessions. You will also receive weekly training at your salon.

  • You must have a passion for hair, love being with likeminded people, be able to work as a team and have your own initiative.

Personal skills-

  • You must be well presented
  • We expect learners to be reliable, hardworking, and friendly

Desired qualifications -

  • You do not need any specific qualifications or experience to do this course, just a desire to learn.

Things to consider -

  • You will more than likely be required to work Saturdays and work a late night.
  • The starting wage for an apprentice is £4.81.

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week


Salary:
£10,000.00-£12,000.00 per year
