What the opportunity looks like:


We are on a mission to create distinctive, memorable experiences for our award-winning Single Malt Whisky Brands at home and abroad.

The Whisky Experience Executive plays an active role in the Global Experience Team, supporting the team to drive confidence and belief in our brands.

You will be the primary point of contact to coordinate all internal and trade visits to the Brand Homes and support all media events at our four malt distilleries.

The role also ensures our brand messages land at every touch point while acting as the administration lead for the Whisky Experience team and activities related to our international network of Whisky Specialists.

The role involves collaboration with various business units across global markets and systemising our approach to driving physical and mental availability.


  • Coordinate Global Experience projects, as assigned to drive physical and mental availability across our brands.
  • Support the systemisation of our Global Advocacy approach, by proactively driving the use of centrallydeveloped tools across our network of Whisky Specialists, and producing monthly reports to inform decisionmaking.
  • Be the first point of contact for all internal (colleagues) and trade (distributors and customers visits).
  • Support Brand Homes and Market Teams to coordinate internal and trade visits to the Distilleries, managing the booking process and helping with travel arrangements as required.
  • Coordinate Media Visits to the Brand Homes by booking appropriate facilities and spokespeople.

Skills and experience that will help you be a success:

For this role we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a busy administration, marketing or events team or department.
  • Previous experience working with agency/distributor or 3rd party companies/partners would be preferred.
  • Experience within a hospitality business advantageous whether front of house, back of house or head office.
