Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary team in meal preparation and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Duties:

Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Follow recipes and instructions provided by the culinary team
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills:

Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques
Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
