Description
1.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing and maintaining sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Generate salesrelated reports and provide data analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely completion of sales orders and contracts.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and logistics, to facilitate seamless sales operations.

Customer Service:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, addressing complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Sales Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize sales meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and support sales events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Facilitate communication between sales team members, ensuring efficient information flow
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, materials, and product demonstrations.

Sales Data Management:

  • Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Track and analyse sales data, providing regular reports on sales performance and trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, based on insights gained from data analysis.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and salesrelated correspondence.
  • Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for the sales team, as required
  • Support the sales team in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.


Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
