The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the senior team at Tile Barn Outdoor Centre
Tile Barn is based in the

New Forest and is part of Hampshire Outdoor Centres, the centre have a reputation for excellence and professionalism as well as operating to the highest safety standards. This role is for a 12 month maternity cover fixed term contract.

In this challenging and central role, you will work flexibly across a broad range of tasks, leading, contributing to and supporting the delivery of a highquality customer focussed service.
You will be enthusiastic and motivated and believe in the value of excellent customer service. Under direction from the Operations Manager, coordinate and lead a small team to organise the daytoday facilities management tasks throughout the Centre. Contribute to delivering a client focussed efficient service at the centre.
You will be required to maintain, review and develop administration systems to match customer expectations for service delivery. Deliver a wellmanaged customer experience for new recreational users. Also support the operations manager in the commercial performance of the centre through driving increased revenue.
